Our New Stationary Clinic - Feral and Friends

The Feral Cat Coalition is pleased to announce the long-awaited opening of its first permanent spay/neuter facility, Feral and Friends. Since June 2012, we have provided spay and neuter to more than 1,000 feral cats.

The clinic is located at the corner of 2nd and Greenfield streets in El Cajon.

The facility was in poor condition when FCC learned of its upcoming availability. As part of the offer the board made to the building's landlord, FCC replaced the flooring, painted the walls, and made many cosmetic improvements. Only when the repairs were made did the landlord agree to the conditions of the lease.

On June 2, Feral and Friends held its first spay/neuter clinic. Since then, FCC has held at least one clinic per week at the site, striving to fix an average of 40 cats each time.

Reservations can be made by calling FCC's hotline at toll-free (855) FCC-CATS or by emailing us.
